Free preview first
Before uploading, the price is reserved on your card. You see the first 10 seconds of your repaired video and are only charged when you download it.
Nothing to pay if it fails
If the recording can’t be rebuilt, the reservation is released straight away.

Why larger files cost more
The price follows the work and the data each file needs. A 40 GB recording isn’t ten times harder to understand than a 4 GB one, but it is ten times more data to move, read, write and keep.
Data in and out
Your .RSV is uploaded to our storage, copied to the repair server, and the repaired MP4, the same size again, goes back to storage and then to you. A 40 GB recording means well over 100 GB of traffic.
Reading every byte
The repair reads the whole file to find each video frame and audio block. The bigger the file, the longer the server works on it.
Disk space while repairing
During the repair the server holds the original and the new MP4 side by side, so it needs free space for twice the size of your file.
Storage for 7 days
Both files are kept encrypted for 7 days, so you can download the result more than once, and then deleted.
