The upload stopped
Uploads go in parts and retry on their own after short drops. If the tab was closed, start again from the home page: an unfinished repair is never charged, and the reservation is released.
I see a reservation on my card
It’s the price of the repair, held but not charged. It’s charged only when you download the full video, and released if the repair fails or within 7 days if you don’t download it.
I lost my repair page
Write to us with the file name and the email used for the card and we’ll find it. Repairs are kept for 7 days.
The download link expired
Open your repair page again and press download: each click creates a new link, for 7 days after the upload.
The video doesn’t match the preview
Write to us within 14 days and we’ll refund you.
