The service

We try to rebuild interrupted Sony .RSV recordings into playable MP4 files. Before paying you see a free preview of the first seconds of your repaired recording. Not every file can be recovered.

Price and payment

The price depends on the size of the .RSV file and is shown before you upload. Before the upload, Stripe reserves that amount on your card without charging it. It is charged only when you download the full repaired video after watching the free preview. If the repair fails, the reservation is released; if you don’t download the video, it is released automatically within 7 days. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Refunds

If the full file you download doesn’t match the preview, or can’t be played, write to us within 14 days and we’ll refund you.

Your files

You must have the right to the footage you upload. Files are only used to repair your recording and are deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
